In September 2024, I Have a T. rex: Junior First Aid Officer 2<\/em> was officially published in Chinese. This book is the second volume of the Junior First Aid Officer <\/em>series, which features science stories about life safety education for children aged 6 to 15. This series was created by Qingdao Publishing Group, the Junior First Aid Officer organizing committee, and PNSO, the scientific art team. Since primary and secondary school students are at a critical stage of growth and development, great attention should be closely paid to their food safety and scientific diet. In this particular book, the main character, Guanguan and her little pet the T. rex<\/em>, will guide readers to understand various dangerous “monsters,” such as improper food materials cleaning, misuse of refrigerators and microwave ovens, high-sugar, high-oil, and high-salt diets, as well as foods without production date, license, and manufacturer, uncooked edible fungi, food poisoning, and food allergies. Together with them, let\u2019s identify food safety risks and develop scientific dietary habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
