How did ZHAO Chuang and YANG Yang create Zabad the Edmontosaurus?

The Size of Zabad the Edmontosaurus

Edmontosaurus was a large herbivorous hadrosaurid. According to scientific research on the fossils, Zabad the Edmontosaurus was set to 8 to 12 meters to scale down when we reconstructed the model.

The Head of Zabad the Edmontosaurus

Zabad the Edmontosaurus had a crest on its head, but this crest was not bony but fleshy. It had a duckbill-like beak. Its mouth housed a large number of chewing teeth inside. Its eyesight was keen.

The Body of Zabad the Edmontosaurus

The body of Zabad the Edmontosaurus was stout and covered with scales. The scales were mainly tiny, with a diameter of about one to three centimeters. On its neck, there were large armor-like scutes.

The Limbs of Zabad the Edmontosaurus

The forelimbs and hindlimbs of Zabad the Edmontosaurus were quite different. It walked on all fours. The thumbs of its forelimbs have degenerated and formed a large hoof structure. When running, it relied on its hind limbs to move forward.
