Who is Xinchuan the Sinraptor?
In the Late Jurassic, a group of terrible predators, the sinraptorids appeared in Asia. They were large-sized and occupied the top of the local food chain. Xinchuan the Sinraptor was one of them.

How did ZHAO Chuang and YANG Yang create Xinchuan the Sinraptor?
The Size of Xinchuan the Sinraptor
According to scientific research on the fossils, the model was set to 7-9 meters when we did the reconstruction.
The Head of Xinchuan the Sinraptor
Sinraptor had a large head. Its big eyes had good vision, which were good at hunting the prey.
The Four limbs of Xinchuan the Sinraptor
The forelimb of Sinraptor had three big claws, and its hind limbs were slender and robust.
The Tail of Xinchuan the Sinraptor
The tail of Sinraptor was very different from that of many carnivorous dinosaurs. Its tail did not become thinner gradually but became suddenly thinner at one point. The part past that point was as thin as a whip.
